These guys couldn't hold TB's jock. That's what's funny. Lot of haters lol. Basilio was the first to call the Hart ouster. Basilio is good people. Whoever disagrees is a gator fan.

Everyone has an opinion, I think he's entertaining and not as dry as hell as all the other talking heads in knoxville. 99.1 is an absolute bore, has he been wrong sure but so has every reporter/radio guy in the business. Only thing I recall him being wrong about was the lovie smith in the airplane. sometimes circumstances changes, coaches change their mind like billy Donovan changed his and went back to FL first time he quit. Anyway Basilo is good dude, I like his show, no need to bash but it looks like he's right on this topic. Good luck to Hall on his knee and heal quick.

Basilio had the of news of Hart's announced retirement to provide plenty of show content without needing to use an injury tease to retain listeners on Thursday. Bunch of Yankee haters in this thread.

I agree with this. There is NO 1 injury that I am worried about at this point. We have so many good players ready to step in now.

I like Basilio because he's not afraid to call a spade a spade. His comments on Rick Barnes' recruiting has been spot on and I don't hear any of the other hosts calling Barnes out on it. Likewise with the terrible job that Holly Warlick has done with the women's B-Ball program. The other hosts I listen to throughout the day tries to be more diplomatic about the whole thing but Basilio just says what's on his mind and stands by it. I may not always agree but I respect it.

you're a clown. the guy has sustained a show for decades when others folded.

No one, and I repeat no one, in the mainstream was talking about Cheek or Hart retiring until it happened. The only talk I heard about it was through Basillio or people debating what he said.
