Yes and Yes... no adjustments to counter what Mason decided to do, that was to press coverage. So, we got into the usual dink and dunk plays, and that fails again. The treat of the deep routes were not a concern... and that is why we struggle.

Just for the record, if you watch the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NROtURaIGXg), you'll hear that Butch calmly answered questions until he was dismissed by the moderator. I don't think its his fault not all the journalist had made it the room.

These journalist complaining just love to stir up controversy, and we are always more than happy to eat it up -- especially when emotions are high.

Because how this message is going to be interpreted is a strong function of where I stand regarding Butch, I'll just note that I'm not his biggest fan.

I've taken up for Butch but not after this. If I has a son who was being recruited and that snake oil salesman showed up at my door, I'd run him off. Give a 4 min presser and run off and leave the players out there to answer questions. What a puzzy. F*** him.

No, no, no, Butch knew what he was doing when he ran there after the game to avoid most of the press. This isn't his first go around. He knew very well what was going on.

UT Football has become a waste of emotions, interest and time (and for some of us - $). TEN YEARS in the pot of mediocrity is enough.

Problem is...I'm not sure who UT should hire.

Texas new coach (from Houston) just lost to Memphis.....
Louisville just lost to Kentucky.....
Notre Dame ended their season 4-8....
Miss State just handed Ole Miss their worst defeat in 100 years....
(...and I could go on...)

The recycling of coaches in college football is starting to take a toll.

Do us all a favor and resign.. If you have a hair on your ass resign.. You have earned your money and built the program back up. I am afraid that if he stays another year it could go back down a level.

Im not huge debord fan but i agree....turnovers go back to position cisches and head coach this is most talented team he fielded yet most sloppy. I truly believe we have 2 worse corner in league in forman and moseley. Hate it for kids i know they try hard. I also want to out lack of there development on martinez but im not sure what going on if its him or just lack of talent
