Seems like UK has done an absolute great job of studying our tendencies. They seem to know where we are going to run each play.

Our D sucks!!!! I'm not sure Monte is doing his homework!!! I know we are thin but even our allstars are have not been making plays that they made the beginning of the season... GO VOLS!!!!!

How can you not stop the wildcat? You know EXACTLY who will run and where he will run it. Yet for numerous games the RB has taken us to the shed and whooped us. I don't get it.

Monte needs to put 9 in the box and force them to throw the ball. How can you get beat on the screen pass 2 to 3 times?

It pains me to say this, but UK does have the better team...thats just a fact. not that we can't win, but they are more talented

Alright, alright I'm saying this right now. Monte needs to go. His traditional pro style defense can't stop half our opponents who run the spread/option/wildcat. Either get out or change your defensive philosophy.

UK certainly is fired up and better prepared than I have seen them in recent years. Monte is going to have to make some serious adjustments for the second half or this one may get outta hand ala Ole Miss.

We just need to get better, faster recruits, and Monte needs to learn how to scheme against those option teams. We'll be ok eventually.

You would think after we've played 5-6 teams who run the frickin wildcat you'd have a scheme. But no.

I hope you are joking...if not you are an idiot. Monte does need to make some adjustments at halftime--which he will do. UK is simply the better team this year--admit it. We CAN win this game. Just gotta stop the run. I agree with bringing 8-9 into the box and make them beat you throwing. Newton has yet to prove he can win a game with his arm so that's our best bet.

what defense... we gotta kicker that can kick quarterback that cant throw and a defense that cant stop the pass or the run

Besides, they only have like 90 yards of total offense so far and we have over 200. Just calm down and make a couple stops on defense and we will be OK.

Monte is a great defensive mind, but it is OBVIOUS he is clueless about what to do with these types of offenses. Half our opponents use it so unless there is some change we'll flirt with .500 every year.
