Visited Arkansas for the Bama game. Also visited Oklahoma for the Air Force game.

i wouldnt say that is "official"...much too early for such strict statements. at this point i would say most big time programs are still in it, and that includes UT...

Well maybe not officially eliminated, but apparently dropped from consideration for now

It seemed early to me for him to have a top 4, just thought maybe he had narrowed it down to 4 or something from all I read. How much of a shot do you think UT really has?

Will be in Tuscaloosa for ole ms. game. Top 3 Alabama, ok state, and fl.state. I would think he would follow his dad, but if NC level is a goal, it won't be there.

further proof that top 4 is changeable...

sanders is flying to NY to watch ND play Navy and says he will make it onto campus in the future.

btw, he put up sick numbers last Friday. 313 yards 5 TDs 13 carries!

Barry Sanders made waves earlier this week when reports indicated he narrowed his list of potential college destinations to four schools: Oklahoma State, Alabama, Florida State and UCLA.

However, Sanders is still wide open in the recruiting process and has not actually trimmed any schools from his list, according to Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, Okla.) head coach Andy Bogert.

"That was misinterpreted," Bogert told MaxPreps on Thursday.

Gosh I wish we could get this kid. That is a little over 24 yards per carry and a touchdown every 2.6 carries. :drool: too bad we have virtually no chance at him. but if we did, it would be this :td: all day long.
