If history has shown us anything, it's that a college football program will eventually start to play on par with how they have recruited... and that works both ways. There is no way in hell that Missouri can be competitive in the SEC by signing the #36 ranked class in the country year after year (with zero 4 or 5 star players).

They really shouldn't be in the SEC. There is no good reason for it, either geographically or in terms of the prestige they bring. They don't have a history with any of the original members. They add nothing. We needed to have an even number of teams and they were a better choice than West Virginia. That's the only reason they are here.

I’m confused.
Don’t the rules say that other schools can contact Mizzou seniors about a transfer.
So, is Odom now upset that schools are doing so? Why is he upset with the schools?

And yea we've sucked for a few years and yea errybody in the SEC has whooped our ass, but I'm just about over hearing it from our own fans more than from these asshats from other schools that come over here just to talk crap. I don't care what kind of fan you are (nega, posi, real, true etc) that chit just ain't right.

Tell you another thing. Barry shouldnt be mad at other coaches after his seniors. What he should be mad at is his self and Missouri for cheating in the first place.

Seriously, I don't know, but I agree with those that have said Smart doesn't want or need anyone from Mizz so he's just trying make himself look good.
