Barrel Sighting

UK may not want to bring it back, but I wouldn't put it past Danny to break it out and have it on hand at Neyland. That would be the most alpha flex to date if we win, and he breaks it out for the team!
without Kentucky agreeing to its return i would not support flaunting it in their face

Why? It was 24 years ago. I don't think any current UK staff member or player is personally affected by what happened then. I'd also point out that UK's basketball coach had special bourbon bottles made with his name on them, and UK was a part of advertising for that, so I don't think they are very sensitive about the alcohol (or the 98 accident) issue. I was on campus in 98 and at that game, which was 6 days after the players' accident, and UT handled it in a first-class manner. There is no reason for a novelty trophy that was part of a long tradition, to continue to be banished.

Does this seem like an athletic department that is sensitive about alcohol?
