Do you people realize he gets paid more for winning the SEC tournament than 25 year teachers make in Tennessee? This is fricking insanity...

Eh, I'm a veteran teacher and I don't give a rat's rumpus. He's paid to provide entertainment by putting on a winning product. It's showbiz.

Would I like a little more take home money? Sure. Who wouldn't? But at least there's not a message board where former High school JV ballers are pouring over every facet often life like teenage girls do over (insert band of the month). It all evens out in the end.

Unfortunately, that's not even close to an even trade. But that's what happens with a free market when we value entertainment over everything else.

I was referring to the 50k for moving and 50k to win the Sec tournament. We are talking a 60 year old has been who was fired at his last school...give him 1.5 mil and let him move his own ****...and if he doesn't win the SEC in 2 years fire his ass...how is that for negotiations?

We would still be looking for a coach, that's how.
