That's true... and 7 seasons on the job is also enough time to learn from on the job experience and make necessary adjustments in philosophy and management style to get better, if she was ever going to. Nothing ever changes with Holly though.

Unfortunately I think you are correct. I thought the Diamond problem was the issue and the corner had been turned. Now I am not so sure.

Gang - Holly will be 61 years old this coming June. Yet, she has proven repeatedly she is not a good HC. She is good recruiter. She cannot communicate or teach the game well. She is a terrible in-game HC. If you are going to compare against Barnes - do you see the same drive and focus with the players from both teams? How about shooting? How about team defense? When the O set is motion, how many men are moving versus how many LV's are moving? It's 5 versus 2 much of the time. Most of her O sets are mishmashes of different styles if they don't just dribble drive. I could go on but it is pointless.

It's time to stop talking about it. Fulmer needs to do something about it.
