Keon & Springer played up to their potential by being more physical.

TN’s first EVER back-to-back wins in Rupp. Next closest was Ernie and Bernie giving KY their final loss in Memorial AND then the first time they met in the new Rupp (Utah had the first opponent’s win there, TN the second).

Had Barnes not taken the reins off of Keon and our offense, this would have been an L. After watching this game, it’s obvious the only thing that has been holding this team back is the coach. Ive been wondering the last few weeks why we were playing such a methodical slow paced 1/2 court offense. You saw tonight that’s not where Keon and Springer can best utilize their talents.

If I was playing UT, I would go zone the whole game...That shuts down ball penetration and more or less forces longer shots. UT should kill any team playing man defense...
