Barbara Dooley Taking Shots At The UT Fans.

I wonder how many of you who are taking shots at the fans in attendance, who had endured a miserable rain storm and lackluster play, were actually at the game or sitting at home in your recliner listening to the "talking heads" taking their on shots at the fans?

That's because it is. Otherwise, we should take those silly scoreboards out. Then we can see how many people show up to watch college age men wrestle around for fun.

That would probably attract a different demographic than currently attends and leaves early.

Would the be real fans, in the classic sense (by classic I mean as tossed around on this board and daily made more stringent as a standard)?

The standard confuses me, but I am confident there would be a higher percentage of popped collars.

Just another example of ignorance coming out of the cesspool known as Athens, GA...guess she forgets to pay attention every year when the GA fans head for the exits at halftime of the GA/ Florida game in Athens. Their radio guy even admitted that a few years ago when they actually won against Florida...

Or....how about the 2006 UT/UGA in Athens where UGA was up big at halftime. The TN fans stuck around to watch the dogs (notice correct spelling of the word, UGA fans) get ran off the field to the tune of 51 points being allowed. Oh yeah, and the UGA fans were leave early sniff sniff....

Bottom line anytime a Bulldog starts talking, I just turn down the volume...

Georgia plays Florida every year in Jacksonville.

We need to publish some sort of "true fan" handbook. All these rules get confusing.

I stay in the stands whether we are winning 63-0 or losing 63-0. If people are so damn concerned with travel times, then they should probably stay home. That way, their bed is much closer.

You just saved me some money!! I was at that miserable game last weekend and after the hour and whatever time in the tunnel with 100,000 wet azz people(didn't leave) stuck it out until the interception at about 1:00 in the freaking morning putting them up by enough!! Sorry if it bothered you Eric and Ms Dooley, but I've stuck with the Vols for over 40 years and I will not listen to some chump on a message board blasting anyone for leaving that game early(NOT)! So, I think I'll just keep me,my voice and my money at home and when this team,my University gets their **** together I'll think about returning!! Eric, you feel better now? GO VOLS

ya, I agree with Mrs. Dooley QUIT LEAVING in the 3rd and 4th QUARTER. Show some support people

Woman should really have more respect for her son than this. Mom hanging around the child's workplace issuing commentary would never seem like a good idea.

Tattoo removal is costly and painful

Then you'll have to break another rule. Maybe leave at half or something. How about acknowledge that we might struggle for a couple more years and say CBP isn't pure as the driven snow.

I know it all sounds overwhelming, but someone will take your card away for any of the three.

She's on Basilio's show whining about UT fans leaving in the third quarter last week. Said Georgia fans never do that. I guess she wasn't at the '94, '98, or '06 UT-UGA games.

somebody needs to tell barby that her son needs to coach better and fans won't leave.
