She's on Basilio's show whining about UT fans leaving in the third quarter last week. Said Georgia fans never do that. I guess she wasn't at the '94, '98, or '06 UT-UGA games.

Derek needs to tell his loudmouthed mother to shut her mouth, or at least have the slightest clue before she speaks.

I stay in the stands whether we are winning 63-0 or losing 63-0. If people are so damn concerned with travel times, then they should probably stay home. That way, their bed is much closer.

I think we have the definitive definition of a "Real Fan" from Momma Dooley herself. (I mean she has been a part of UT family for ....what......a few months now)

It's a shame the program is in such bad shape we have fans turning on each other now. Loudmouth momma Dooley bashing the fans on radio, Phil wanting Mike's job and the NCAA setting up camp. It don't get much better than this.

The issue I have with her statement is comparing us to that school in Athens. I've been there when the home crowd dwindled rather quickly.

It's one thing to call out stupid fans, but saying another doesn't do it when many have witnessed it is foolish.

So, basically we have come to the point where quitting anything is acceptable, or at least that's what I get out of it.

I'll support my team if they'll still out there trying to win, even when they're down 63-0. But if my team decides to pack it in, why I am still going to cheer them on?

Sure it does, LPE could have Dooley's love child. That would just be the icing on the cake.

The house was packed and the crowd was crazy!
Cant blame them for quitting when the team quit them!

I recall this quote from a Bama fan a few years ago.

"NOBODY leaves the stadium like the Vols" (when they're losing)

I actually agreed with that statement.

Well then, ask yourself why you go at all. If my team is just gonna give up, why on earth am I shelling out the money to keep seeing them quit. The answer, because you bleed freaking orange. I couldn't make it up to the game, but if I did, I would have been there every minute with my team, even though it would have sucked major monkey ass the way things went down.

Well, I have to admit I hate fans that leave early. However, they paid for their tickets so they can do what they want. I just think with such a young team, the fans showing that they aren't giving up could help the team.

If my team quits in the second half, why can't I?

:lolabove:

If I shut my tv off, why can't fans who paid to be there leave?

I wouldn't stand in the rain while watching my team get blown out either. I didn't even sit and watch it in the comfort of my own home.

I ended up staring at the ceiling while the room spun.
