Most of the bars on the strip suck, but BAR/Rumorz is wallowing in its own level of crappiness.

I never wore enough popped collars or croakies for OCI.

As for the Copper Cellar, are you referring to the actual Cellar or the Cumberland Grill. The Grill might be more bar than the Cellar, but neither is really much of a bar.

Just to update everyone, OCI has moved to where Chili's used to reside. They've got a nice setup in there.

Yeah they also changed the name of OCI to Goal Post Tavern... no lie. Apparently it had to do with a bad exchange in ownership and the old owner may be opening up OCI again back at its original location. That's just what I've heard

Friend of mine just started serving there a couple months ago (right before they moved to Chili's). Not sure about the other waiters, but she does pretty well for her first serving job.
