Well my opinion is Banks is on scholarship and therefore should be held to a higher standard than other "Adult" Students. "Nothing good happens after Midnight" is a Coach's quote from back in the day and it still holds true. How anyone intends on being WAS after being out past 4am is a legitimate question. Common sense; not Commie BS.

Could have easily made a trip to Memphis for a variety of reasons. Personally I prefer making long trips driving late night and wee hours of a.m. due to lighter traffic.

So, here is the thing Pruitt should be telling these guys. Nothing good happens after midnight. Stop driving around the city at 3:45am. I realize these are all college kids, but good grief, have some common sense.

Yeah that quote is NOT a fact. By and large....no. All kinds of good things happen after that hour when you're young like that.

They're only that age once. Coaches are so old sometimes...

It goes further than smartphones. You got ass jacks who have to know security cameras saw commit a crime or case the joint, then put on face masks right before pulling their guns to rob a place. Or play some dumb prank then spray paint the wall-mounted camera afterward. Or lick ice cream at the freezer despite seeing the little dome-shaped camera pods all over the store. Dummy or not, I insist humans have evolved a stupidity gene. Not that we ever were very smart but it's worse now.

Actually that quote is a fact. You will learn it when you get past 30. Unless you are 2nd shift, (That's a Job btw) out past 4am is irresponsible. Dispute all you want, but that's been true since forever.

Well yeah maybe you shouldn't be driving past 4:15am with a (Reportedly) suspended License and MAYBE some responsibilities at some point That Day? (Like getting proper rest and sleep so you can function at (at least) 90% ? Just because Banks is a UT Football player some on here totally ignore the obvious. Like: "He was making that u-turn cuz he forgot his DL and was going back to get them". C'Mon .

Part of KPD's policy is to "arrest" any UT athlete for even a bogus reason as to get news headlines to make their arrest records look good to the public.As misspell stated,he did not believe that a "failure to appear"is arrestable,but,added.to the viciousness a u-turn,I am happy that the campus cops did not use deadlyforce.Campus cops, OLD wanna be's.Been that way for over 50 years other I know of personnaly.

So you believe anyone out past midnight should be arrested? Pulled over and harrassed? They must be up to no good right? What an ignorant way to live life.
