I know everybody has them when they are good, but the number of Alabama bandwagon fans is unbelieveable. Ten years ago I knew 1 Bama fan and now everybody is a fan and talking trash. I always respond with the "Kitchens Test". That is do you remember who Freddie Kitchens is because if you were a Bama fan at that time then you are a true Bama fan. A lot of people have said they had no idea who he was which says bandwagon to me. For all of us who wear our orange at this times proves we are true fans. Ask a Gator fan when they got into it. Assuming age then most likely you hear early 90's. I haven't met one that was a fan before. I am sure we had them 10-15 years ago, but it just makes you sick when they start dissing your team.

and they were all bandwagon Florida fans before. If they are old enough, They had Miami Hurricanes Starter jackets in the early 90's, if you ee where I am going with this. Bandagon fans never change, their teams do

It is unbelievable...I brought up a game from the down days at alabubba and the bama fan had no clue who or what I was talking about. They quickly change the subject to saban, richardson, julio,or they usually don't say anything but roll T***. I can't make myself say or spell that damn phrase lol

I have been an MU fan since the 60's and a UT fan since the late 90's. Trust me you don't want to know the lows MU has had since then. Most of the UT posters on this site would have committed suicide had they been MU fans.

Knee jerkers gonna knee jerk.

I know and it is sad. To me it does hurt to lose, but when you change that; the feeling is unbelieveable. Think about that '98 FLA game. Yes it was an exciting game with a dramatic ending, but the goalpost came down because there was one team we couldn't beat and that night we finally did. That it is still one of the greatest games for me because I suffered every year over that one stinking game. A bandwagoner doesn't get to enjoy that.

This is why I haven't yanked the orange Power T's off of my vehicles yet....

I was a Colts fan in the mid 90's. I did jump on the badnwagon but not for Peyton. I was a Bears fan when Harbaugh was there then a Colts fan when they got him. Loved Harbaugh, and Zack Crockett and some others. Didn't really have a fav team in NFL so I just pulled for them and got more reasons to pull for them as I got older. My Mom had a friend named Ron Meeks who became Colts DC, and I loved Dungy as well. Always been my NFL team but honestly I have never had a hardcore pro team anyway. I can tell you I am not enjoying it this year. I am all UT but I have for some reason always liked the Colts, and living in Louisville on the Indiana border for a number of years, it grew. Don't presume everyone jumped on for Peyton. Most did though I guess

As a vols, vikings, and cubs fan, I can proudly say I 'm not a bandwagon fan. Experienced nothing but heartbreak and mediocrity, except the Vols have been my lone bright spot throughout the years until recently.

I try to ask every Bama fan I meet to name 5 players on Bama's current roster. I've found ONE who can do it.

Not even exaggerating. ONE.

I know older Tennessee fans that are the same way. Doesn't mean they are bandwagon just not so into it to know all 85 players.

so you are a bandwagon fan...traded in the Bears for the Colts when they started getting bad and the Colts getting good, liked UT because you grew up in KY and their football is horrible...go away

I am a Bears, VOLS, and Reds fan,,,no ounce of bandwagon in me.
