With UT on deck, AL opened up a 17 pt fav. over SC. Expect about the same next week for UT-bama. Also--

Ga -8 at Vandy
Auburn-13 over UK
UF-24 over Ark
Texas -3 over OKLA
and USC-11 at :):) Notre Dame

After Florida's performance against an LSU team that barely beat a team we blew out, and Arkansas' performance against a team that handled us pretty well (granted we played horribly), I'll bet against that spread.

Did you watch the UF/LSU game? Florida basically ran it up the middle all day long to prevent Tebow taking hits. I would venture to say that the LSU game will be their worst performance on offense all year. Also, their defense is very talented. I think Arkansas runs into a buzz saw.

Bama should beat SC easy, probably more than 17. Hopefully, they get some of their energy used up in that game, but it is not likely.

I'm not a gambler... and after Sat you guys will probably say you know why but I would definitely take UGA -8. Vandy is maybe worse than the Vandy of old.

I'd take UK -13 and Arky.

The Hogs might actually present a few problems for UF. They're probably a little better against the run than the pass on D. UF is definitely a run oriented team right now and can't seem to find WR's. On the other side, UF hasn't faced a passing O like Ark's this year. If you look at their schedule, UT may be the best passing team they've played... and we all know UT wasn't at their best at that point of the season.

IMHO, Texas should beat OU worse than that but the history of the rivalry makes it a terrible game to bet on.

I despise ND almost as bad as UF but I don't really think USC will beat them that badly and wouldn't be surprised to see an upset.

Oh, I think USCe will play Bama better than Ole Miss did. They are comparable defensively and USCe is probably playing a little better on O.

That's hard to really understand what you are saying, but it seems like you are trying to apply the transitive property to college football. I just think UF is superior to Arkansas, and I think Tebow will be ready. Florida big IMO.

edit: thinking about it, 24 seems a little high, but I still think Florida wins easy even if they don't cover.

Arkansas is by far the most high powered offense that Florida has faced all year, and Florida's offense has been less than stellar this year. I like Arkansas to cover a 24-point spread easily.

I just want everyone to know, I really think we have a good chance the rest of the season BUT Bama is really ridiculous looking. I seriously think they could have 6 or 7 possible everyday NFL players on Defense.

Their front seven is disgusting, when they were playing Ole Miss it looked like Greg Oden being guarded by Dane Bradshaw. They have a front 3 of 6'3+ and 300+ all athletic. I mean I hope that crompton has a good game because it is impossible to run on these monsters. I really think they can stop Tebow and will be in the NC game at the end of the year. Trust me I bleed Orange but this team is just all men among boys.

What did Ark score on Bama? 3? So make it UF 35--ARK 3

Yeah. They looked really impressive while they lit up Alabama's defense.

i think the game will be closer. i think SC Defense will play bama pretty good. i just hope the offense stays on the field.

Alabama is better than Florida, and you will see that when Alabama annihilates Florida in the SEC championship game.
Alabama will not destroy Florida. Florida returns their entire defense and they are way too good to be destroyed by anyone. Don't get carried away.

I don't care who they returned. They're not that great. Bama will kill them.

They were the best team last year and they lost two starters. (Although Harvin was dominant) Bama is really good, and they can beat UF and win the national championship, but they will not kill UF. They won't be able to score enough on that defense to make it a blowout.

can bama's QB pass on florida's D? is florida's D suspect? i know we ran well on them, but LSU just stunk.
