Bama vs FSU

It’s too early to really know for sure but Gus may have a QB who can run his system…while at Auburn both as a coordinator and a head coach he only had QBs who could run his offense effectively. But this brash talking kid from BC seems to be a great fit - he needs to improve his accuracy when passing but he was a defense killer with his legs.

Those top 3 classes are fools gold. Where's the DL talent? How many top 100 DL have they landed in those top 3 classes? I'm asking because I don't know but it's not showing on the field for sure.

It's clear they miss Keenan(sp?). I'd say FSU dominated both lines of scrimmage.

They had ZERO passing game. They played a really bad Bama team that made them look better than they are. Other teams will force them to throw the ball.

Florida State is better than 2-10 this year.

Alabama may not be what they've been but let's stop throwing out insults like UT is a championship program. We have not seen an SEC Championship game in 20 years.

Your comment sounds like a Kentucky fan when they compare themselves to us.

I wonder if this will be the last time for sometime that fans storm the field after beating Bama. The mystique is pretty much gone from that program now.

FSU program has been in trouble for awhile so they are celebrating, which is not surprising. Especially when their ACC conference schedule guarantees vanilla game, after vanilla game, for the next few months.

How bad is bama, how good is FSU?

I suspect a little of both.

Bama looked lackluster. I hope that is the case when we roll into town.

From what I’ve seen so far, I would say FSU played above their average. Bama is more talented but looked a little lazy. Definitely not a Saban team.

Hope we can knock them off in T-town this year.

I'm starting to see a pattern of pacific northwest college football coaches failing in the SEC. Bryan Harsin failed at Auburn, and it sure seems like Kalen DeBoer is failing at Alabama.

I'm wondering if it's a culture problem causing issues in the locker room. Maybe a lack of discipline. Maybe both.

Either way, I'm happy that Bama fans are being humbled. Many of their young fans have no idea what it's like for their team to suck.

Hope Bama spends 20+ years wandering in the wilderness while trying to recreate the Saban magic. 🍻

Bama’s def scheme was horrible vs FSU QB. They ran past him on pass rush opening big lanes for him to run. The def doesn’t look as fast as before.

The FSU QB was benched last year at BC. Future opponents will defend him better & I won’t be surprised to see him struggle again later.
