Bama Forum Thoughts on AUB game/Staffs

let me tell you something, the only thing that concerns me about allbarn is they loose. I could care less how many goats you milk. I am old enough to know how the world is supposed to be. BAMA in the national championship hunt every year. As far as BAMA being back, we never went anywhere. Allbarn has never been nor ever will be. The barn has had the best 10 years of your little program history and what has happened 1 sec championship, and nobody taking you serious enough to put in the NC game. Now lets look at the good guys, 10 of the worst years in our stored program = 1sec championship. I visit this forum because it's funny to me. aubie, it really doesn't matter if Tennessee beats you or not, you and the cheese-nip family has got a _ss whipping coming again this year. VOLS sorry to come on your forum and do this, I hope you guy's beat the h_ll out of allbarn. For the first time I will be singing rocky top this saturday.

Well, I know who the idiot is in this thread. Saban is 100x the coach that Tommy Tuberville is.

I hate bama with a white hot passion. I hate most of their mouth breathing fanbase. But even I have to say that the cow college is second rate to them. Want to argue about it, war eagle/tiger/cows? Add up all your national championships (if you can count that high) and get back to me. Face it, while the hatred between UT and Bama is based in rivalry, your hate for bama is based in jealousy.

No chance that either coach gets axed this year. Auburn has had a fairly promising start, so they'll definitely give the guy a little more time to see what he can do. Kiffin has done well enough in recruiting alone to earn more time. Even if he wins just two more games, I think he's safe.

Kiffin has better talent to work with this year than Saban did in '07. I remember UT folks saying it would take 2-3 years for Bama to catch up to the talent level of UT and AU. Superior coaching, that's what it is.

If Malzahn pulls out a 10 win season, a decent HC job will be on his horizon soon.

LMFAO!! He is 100x the recruiter but I would have to disagree on the coach comment!!!! How many undefeated seasons does Nick have? ZERO! Tubs would actually lose to BCS schools and not the likes of LaMonroe and UAB.....That proves what kind of coach he is....He has to have supperior talent to win...He can not win with the same talent as another team!!!! FACT!!!!

I would disagree with this. I understand looking at recruiting rankings says otherwise, but over the last few years Fulmer became absolutely inept at evaluating talent. Look at our current WR, QB, and depth at O-Line and LB for proof.

Honestly, I could give a ratzzzz azz who you pull for cause it will not change the outcome of the game! And if everybody counts national championships like the trailor trash bama has then Auburn has 7.....Well dang, looky there, Auburn is only 5 behind!! If I remember correctly, Y'all beat our azz in 2001 31-7 and y'all rednecks was hollering the same thing but damn, what happened.....6 in a row!! So y'all beat a very unorganized team last year on your own turf....This year will be different! So talk crap just like you did in 2001 and talk about how much Bama is back, cause bottom line is the game will be played on the field and our crowd will be up and motivating our team!!!!!

Losses to UAB and La Monroe and his getting blown out at least once a year is my proof!! You can think it is dumb but I guaranttee he will always lose at least one game a year! Look how unbeatable they look this year, but they will not make it undefeated!!!

They lost to the National Champions last year, and Utah. Without Andre Smith they played awful. They have more depth on the OL this year. They will probably win a NC this year.

How many NC's does Saban have? Yeah, he sucks.

He has one national title in which he lost a game that year and should have lost two....It took 5 missed field goals for him to beat Auburn in OT that year he won his national title. Like I said, he wins with talent but will lose one game every year! That is a fact until he proves it otherwise!!!!

it must really burn you up that 1 or 2 loss teams play for the NC every year while an undefeated Auburn was not considered worthy.

No not really, started out to far back in the polls and that was one of the years that number 1 and number 2 went undefeated that year.....Very rare you have 3 teams undefeated in a season.....Yes, it would have burned me up if somebody with one loss played in it and we was undefeated....To be honest with you, I don't think anybody was beating USC that year anyway!! I am a realist!!!!

I honestly dont understand why (assuming) "adults" cant debate their sports teams on the internet without name calling or high school level trash talk. Everyone loves their own team, can justify anything their coaches do and can eplain away losses with bunches of "what ifs". You aren't going to change a diehards mind on the internet, so why resort to acting like a 5yr old to do it??? I'll get off my soapbox now...it just hilarious at the level of homerism on these message boards, and how some fans just REFUSE to give credit where it is rightly due. Do I want to kill Bama every time we play them? ABSOLUTELY. However, I can also recognize them as a quality program, with a great coach who can recruit with anyone in the country. To try to "downplay" that is ridiculous. I do not agree that Kiffin inherited a team with more talent than Saban did, however. Namely, Saban got a team with a QB that was at LEAST serviceable. If CLK can get UT to where Bama is in 2-3 years I will be ecstatic. People seem to forget that Sabans first year wasnt all blow outs and roses.....he and his team paid its dues for a year before he got "his" players in the program and started to change the culture. UT fans need to realize this. If we win only 6 games this year, its not the end of the world. We are laying a foundation for the future that will LAST, no rot away like Fulmers.
