I think one of the best qualities that one can possess is the ability to laugh at oneself. As a matter of fact there is an ancient chinese proverb that says, "Blessed is the man who can laugh at himself for he will never cease to be entertained." However, I spent a few moments on tidefans and their attempts to hammer on Phil are just so weak that I feel sorry for them. Heck, we do a better job of making fun of Phil than they do.

Pretty lame, IMO. I guess they can't get off their wife (i.e. sister/1st cousin) long enough to come up with anything better.

I hate Alabama! They are the only SEC team that I hope loses this year in a bowl game. They are 6-6 and still think they are the best team in the country. They need to get out of their trailor parks and get a real life.

how lame can you get? its common rule if your gonna make fun of something at least be funny. that was terrible. there are so many fat jokes out there and thats all they come come up with. pathetic!

I have hated the Maroon Wave since I was a kid. I think I was born to hate them like Hannibal was born to hate Rome! Over the years of observing them and actually being related to some of them I can honestly say I ALMOST feel sorry for them. They live in a bygone era, have to make up Nat'l Champs to make themselves feel relevent. They have set a new precedent in hiring a guy and paying him 4 mil a year ($atan). They have set the standard NATION WIDE for pure arrogance. Most other fans that are familar with them hate them also, and their common, boring, plain maroon jerseys and the high school numbers on the helmet.

I hate Bama so bad I would root for Notre Dame against them. I pull for every SEC team outside the conference except for those idiots.

my hatred for bama runs deep I know some of our younger fans think gators are our most hated rivalry but to me it's a no brainer I hate the tide deep in my bones A win on the third saturday is the best

Bammer fans have to be the most iggnorant, arrogant bunch around. I cant stand anything that has anything to do with them. Like most on here I have 2 favorite teams UT and whoever is playing bama. I would love to see them lose every game.
I wish I could figure out how we lost to that bunch of a$$ hats in the first place.
There are not too many folks in this world I cant stand to even look at, but a bama fan is one of them.

My wife is from north Alabama and she was a die hard Bama fan. It took her two trips to see the Vols play and I transformed her into die hard Vol fan.(One of those trips was in 2006 when we beet Bama) Let it never be said I did not do my part. We had a burn party with all her bama stuff it was great.:salute:

She must have a different description of die hard if she burns her Bama stuff after two trips to Neyland. However, great work in rescuing her from the crimson depths of hell.... :thumbsup:

You have to carbon date those jokes... what is worse... the jokes or the fact that they have Forrest Gump-isms included in their sigs?

Really... is that the best they can some up with? Surely there is one Bammer with an IQ higher than Forrest and whit that at least matches Ben Stien.
