Besides, a property owner has the right to defend their property.

Edit:

I do believe, could be wrong, that most property insurance policies have exclusions for civil unrest/insurgency. So these property owners may not be covered.

Out of curiosity, what does Obama have to do with this and how has Obama race baited?

The "if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon" line is the only one I can think of. Which is about the dumbest thing he could have said or done in that position.

While true, even Castle Doctrine states have quite a few rules and limitations.

A property owner doesn't have the right to summarily execute someone on public property.

Period.

Didn't two White House official attend Gray's funeral? Who picked up the tab? Didn't he send Holder to Ferguson to stir the pot? This among his normal everyday racist actions.

I give up, you're all absolutely correct. The only solution is to gun them down in the streets. Why don't we just save time and Moab Baltimore?

Killing them will absolutely have the effect you all desire. I'm sure that would make them all straighten up.

Did you even read the DOJ's report on Ferguson?? And your problem is an Attorney General made an appearance? Not the systemic injustice, racism and targetting of black people by the Ferguson police department?

Alternative?

Who's going to make the property owners whole if their insurance doesn't? People have a right to defend their property.

My guess is the city will end up with several new parcels due to non payment of taxes, selling to developers and re-gentrifying the neighborhoods.

No way man do you know the devestation that would cause?

Neutron bomb, now THAT is the ticket. It gets rid of the vermin and keeps the structures. Then people who actually respect (or fear I dont care) the law can move in and work on creating a livable community.

Isn't ferguson mostly black? I think the actions after Brown was killed for thuggery shows they were justified.

We arent blowing anything up we are just killing all organic material which then allows social engineering and nation building to take place! Thats true progress..not this pretend to progress without calling a spade a spade (no racist).

And for the record I fixed infrared cameras. I didnt blow anything up..the missiles the cameras directed did.

2. no, the city already owns more than a third of the city, unless these areas are right on the border of some of the developing areas. John Hopkins, North Ave and around the harbor, people will not be moving into those areas.
