Shoot I was kinda hoping that he might get the CMU job to stop the Coach Z speculation
(and yes I know there is another thread but it had over 600 posts and I wanted to announce that he had decided on a destination)

He will, in all likelihood, have the oppertunity to groom a first pick QB. If it goes well, it could put his career on a fast track.

Hah, will probably be coaching Jameis Winston soon. If he can keep JW out of jail, Bajakian can make a career jump off of his success.

The best thing the staff had going for it was the continuity and now that is gone. This could easily set us back a year depending on who Butch hires. CMB and Jones have been together for a long time and bringing in a new OC will push Jones out of his comfort zone.

On top of this we now hear that Jenkins and Wharton are leaving the program. Sawyers will probably be gone as well. There seems to be a major problem with how Butch is handling his players and he needs to address this issue(weed use and playing time?).

I am still on the Jones' bandwagon but I am definitely concerned.
