Bailey is already better than Manning was in his prime, and could start for the Chiefs in two weeks and make them a better team. HB is the 5th head on the Mt Rushmore of QBs in my opinion.
JG is better though. His accuracy is like Chris Kyle. He always hits people in stride, and his timing on passes is always superb. I honestly think he will be a legitimate heisman candidate next year.

Putting HB in the same sentence as PM is asking for a lot. His coach said if HB wasn’t on the field practicing then he’s studying film which is a positive sign. We’ll see soon enough.

If this ever becomes a valid discussion, I think it will also be a safe bet to say the Vols are back.

This can’t be serious. HB might be great, but he hasn’t played a snap to Tennessee. Long way to go to be named alongside the #GOAT

Jesus why do some Vol fans do this? The kid hasnt even thrown a pass in college and he is already being mentioned in the same breath as the best QB in school history? Good grief. How about let Bailey carve out his own legacy and NOT compare him to any former QB?

To the people who voted for HB, how about making yourself known? I would love to hear some reasonings for your answer.

By the symbol in your thread title, you're indicating Bailey is greater than (>) Manning, OP.
So, we know how you feel.
Personally, I hope Bailey can beat FL and not put his ass in anyone's face.

Well, in reality all he’d have to do is beat Florida.

Peyton is a VFL, and his contributions are noted. However, he's not the appropriate measuring stick. He didn't accomplish much while at Tennessee. On the other hand, in the NFL ... Many Vol posters cannot separate the two. Many national talking heads cannot separate the two. I've never witnessed something quite like Peyton. There is a segment of our fan base that get emotional about him. I don't see this with Auburn and Bo Jackson. I don't see this with Alabama and Mark Ingram. I don't see this with Florida and Danny Wuerrfel. I also firmly believe that putting the team's shortcomings square on Peyton's shoulders is unfair. QBs get way too much credit and way too much blame. But I'll say this. If Peyton would have taken his exact college results to UGA/UF/AL he would not have streets, locker rooms, etc. named after him.
