Apparently going over 13 spots was only a rule for 2021-22. Super Seniors count against the total again in 2022-23. So Bailey frees up a spot for Phillips (or Chandler).

There was a poster who claimed VBJ would go to George Mason a few weeks back. Sounding like he might be right.

It was really cool seeing him transform from a score-first guy with a streaky shot and unreliable defense into an energy guy who played reliable defense and was always the first one diving for every loose ball. Him being willing to do that shows a lot of class.

I hope he shines wherever he goes

Best of luck to Victor. He is an exciting player and could be a difference maker for many programs. Vol fans can follow his future endeavors. Wish he would join ETSU but he may land with a more prominent program.
