Baggett gone

Chaney to the OL would be the best scenario IMO because of his success in the NFL coaching the OL. If we got Tee and Porter, our recruiting just picked up a lot of steam.

Chaney is the problem with our offense. Baggett leaving solidifies that. Saying he is "moving" to coach OL doesn't change anything, it's his playbook and he's still calling the plays.

Wasn't terribly impressed with wide receiver play. You take out Hunter and it looks very average or even below. I counted 3 wrong routes run during Kentucky game. Many dropped passes this season not just by Zach but Rodgers to .I also wasn't very impressed with the under use of Arnett this season freshman or not. When the qb protection broke down they weren't properly reacting to help qb. The lack of a running game did hurt the passing game and that is CDD fault for not fixing it after 2 years. If he loses his job that is the obvious reason. Just can't win in the SEC without rushing over 150 a game and we rarely did that.

Please tell me you are kidding. I would have even tolerated you saying: "The Pride of the Southland Marching Band is the reason I watched UT football."

Watching for a coach that has been here two years?

Go away.

I might have said that also. and No.

What until you see who is hired before judging.

It could turn out that way.

But i don't think it will.

And to be honest, I loved CCB - but if it doesn't mesh it doesn't work.

Just like any organization - staff is key and if you aren't on the same page then something has to give.

You are right that i need to wait and see before rushing to a judgement. I just meant that I think Chaney should go before Baggett. However, I'm not around the team so I have no clue about what is really going on. Hopefully, I'm wrong and this all works out.

Baggett is heading back to the NFL. He almost went back just prior to the start of this season.

Wow. I'm sure he had no idea this wasn't allowed or would bother you the way it does. Grow up.

I didn't think that bashing someone for only watching a team because of a WR coach that has been there for two years would be a big deal. Obviously I didn't anticipate some people sensitivities. I'm extremely sorry.

The best thing about coaching changes is that you get to revisit the absolutely goofy headshots from the UT Athletic Department.

Does anyone else think Russell looks like he has down syndrome? And don't even get me started on the other two. It looks like they were mid sentence when they snapped the picture.

I don't think that baggett being gone is much of a loss. Da'rick dropped passes in crucial situations, Zac Rogers dropped everything, and none of the other receivers emerged to take his place. Doesn't that say something about the coach
if guys aren't getting any better.

THANK YOU! I SAID THIS YESTERDAY! Look guys, you can't keep sending Zach Rogers out there week after week and claim your a great position coach! As I stated yesterday, there are so many ways to work around not sending the very same scrub out there week after week! That's just unexcusable and says he did almost nothing to develop the back-ups. Justin and DaRick aren't much better than when they arrived. Justin is just a freak of nature athlete and DaRick was prolly just fed up with this guy because he wasn't doing anything!

For the record,

It is being termed as a retirement - it's not. He was told he would be better off leaving. Both parties agreed it was for the best, but CB does not have another job lined up or even an offer yet.

This has a lot more to do with keeping Chaney and Dooley backing him up, much like Dooley did with Wilcox and Chuck Smith last year.

More changes are coming.

Stay tuned.

Funny you say that because the Defense actually got better this year and against a far better schedule. Maybe the offense will get better!

That was my initial reaction when I saw a pic of him when he was hired lol. Glad I'm not the only one that sees it. He also looks like he is a snort-er

I have never heard this before. Was this like a longterm thing or something that lasted for one day or what? I'm assuming it was before he was in college so I don't really think you can put a lot of stock in Tee Martin developing Cam Newton.

Short term, and I don't credit him with Cam's success, just saying he worked with him and others. Has some good connections that could help recruiting

He won't be watching the team anymore because Bagget is gone.

Personally, I don't give a rats bum-hole about why anybody watches any team including ours. If they do then cool, if not then who cares? But apparently you do which I don't see any logic behind. Get that dildo out of your arse before it gets too jammed in there to be taken out. In other words...lighten up.

You're telling me to pull things out of my ass and I'm the one who needs to lighten up....interesting.
