Baggett coming back?

The rumor isn't that DD backed up darick over baggett, but that baggett and chaney had issues and DD backed chaney over baggett... At least that is what I remember reading

Issues between coaches is a different animal.

For several days, poster after poster has been on here talking about DD and DR running off Baggett and I have called bs day after day, much to the chagrine of many posters who have dogged me.

My only point was to emphasize the original and reiterate: why woud DD take DR's side on an argument, then suspend him or kick him off.

It makes absolutely no sense, and didn't happen.

How could anyone actually know what goes on in the coaches offices....Deep Throats just waiting to leak to message boards?

Well maybe he went to Hart, told him why he was leaving and Hart had a talk to Doolittle. Hopefully this is the case and maybe Hart told Doolittle that Chaney is not to be defended or backed up, and in fact he is to be fired immediately. Him and the WAY overpaid O-line coach, can't believe HH makes $475,000 to be an O-line coach and a horrible one at that.

I hope Baggett stays and we get an entirely new offensive staff, even Hinshaw because I was NOT impressed with our QB play this season. Sure Bray looked decent before the injury, but the other 2 were completely inept and were clearly not coached up or prepared to play QB in the SEC.

Maybe that is because one of them is not an SEC caliber QB and the other is a true freshman who was looking at a redshirt season.

It took me 15 min to decipher the OP's paragraph. Painful. Ignorance is certainly bliss in your case.

Then try again.

If you think DD took DR's side, which led to Baggett being fired or quitting, then decided to dismiss DR as the rumors have said, you are a moron.

You guys live in drama queen world and the drama helps you function.

I haven't read a single post in the past 2 days that has suggested this..

This is hilarious. Goes to show what happens when E. TN sports media is looking at three weeks of dead air!

Seriously? There are plenty of posters who think DR ran off CB and DD backed DR when approached by CB, which is why he quit. There are threads dedicated to the conspiracy.

I agree that there's 0% chance this happened.

That said; I tend to cut these wanks some slack. It's sad that our head coach, through every bizarre decision he's made since landing in Knoxville, has made this aforementioned timeline of events seem plausible.

To be a self-proclaimed Saban-ite, Dooley's left hand sure hasn't kept up with what his right hand is doing over the last two years.

Dooley has made mistakes. We know it and he knows it. That doesn't mean that most of this junk on here isn't bs. You can't just make errors in judgement or play. Nowadays, a soap opera must ensue that includes scapegoats and conspiracies.

CCB handled Moss, i'm pretty sure DR is not as bad as him, besides what would DR gain by going after CCB, thanks to CCB coaching DR was a 1,000 yard receiver on an offense that seen 3 starting QB's

Which brings me to my next point, if some of you coaching gurus thought CCB was terrible how was DR able to get to a 1,000 receiving.

The worst coach on this staff that needs to be released is OC Jim Chaney, Chaney tells Heinstand how he wants the OL taught to block of which Heinstand goes out and does. It is very obvious that Chaney has no intentions of wanting to run the ball with any success, that is why the OL sucks at pushing the pile forward, they are taught to stand their ground not fire off the ball and pancake a defender.

as much as I hate to back up the OP I am on these boards and read most threads from end to end. I have actually heard the DR angle on it the most.
