Santos? I think Peters may get a bump to a higher rated 4 star.

I think you could see some of the 4-star commits make a move. I don't think you'll see anyone gain a star.

The only one I could see getting a star bump is Santos because he clearly deserves it but I doubt Perroni will drop his ego and do so. Thunder started a thread on VQ asking Perroni if he's going to, he hasn't responded yet. We'll see...
