No disclipine on the team, terrible S&C coach, favortism, lack of intensity I could go on and on. CPF lost it in 2000, the thought of you not seeing it, is what is disturbing.

Lack of intensity, plain and simple. If you pay attention, they were in prep for Air Force. Anyone remember how sh_tty we played that week?

i look back at this video and i keep thinking.....where did Fulmer go wrong?

He named Randy Sanders OC, let Chavis sit recruiting season out, and had a Clausen as QB for 5 of his last 8 years.... End of career.

Fail. I don't know why so many of you said that Casey Clausen was so terrible. I'd take him ANY DAY with the way some recent Vol QBs have played. You guys are ridiculous... He had some GREAT wins and led some great teams. Just because he's not Peyton...

You guys kill me.

LOL... interviews with Mini-Me "Roll Tide" Cutcliffe, Trash Taylor, and Fail. Remind me why I'm glad these incompetents are no longer running the program into the ground?

There's The Fired Coach with his "work like heck" line less than a minute in. Naturally, I don't mind beating a dead horse in this instance. It gives everyone a chance to scorn the remaining Failmerites.

If anything, Clausen bought The Fired Coach a few more years.

Casey was a gamer, baller, and a very, very good QB for us. Some of you guys must've been asleep during his days under center.

Same here. I thought Casey was a pretty good college QB myself.

i look back at this video and i keep thinking.....where did Fulmer go wrong? i can see a couple of errors in there practices but does it look lazy?

IMO

He won a national championship in 98 using his coaching philosophy so he believed he could continue coaching that same philisophy and he would win again.

Big mistake. He won an NC because he had Peyton Manning the previous 4 years which gave him the recruitng boost he needed to bring in his best recruiting classes ever that he ultimately won the NC with in 98. That combined with a good QB coach/OC in Cutcliffe.

Unfortunately he never realized the flaws and holes in his coaching system until it was too late and he was out the door.

Foster getting the bulk of the carries over Hardesty (in spite of his injuries) is the biggest travesty in college athletics.
