That whole flap regarding her comment about being submissive I thought was so blown out of proportion. I think everyone in a marriage has to give and take and she wasn't saying she does whatever she's told.

Did you read the article? Its because we were in a recession. As the economy has improved, so has demand for oil. Obama no more controls the price of gas than you do.

For it to be below $2 a gallon, Bachmann is saying that if she were president we'd basically be in a depression. Nice. She can promise $2 a gallon gas by promising to wreck the economy.

Still, committing to a particular unemployment level seems generalized to me. Whereas holding up two one dollar bills and saying this is what gas will cost under my administration -- that's awfully specific.

And just dead wrong.

So Obama has proven himself an idiot for the unemployment promise.

How about the "we can cover an additional 40 million people with health insurance and lower costs". If that didn't prove he's an idiot nothing does.

I would bet my life that this would never happen. $2 gas is a lot more likely (even if unlikely), IMO. Therefore Obama is much dumber.

The one promise he did keep was no federal prosecution of medicinal marijuana users....and then he went back on that earlier this year. He kept the easiest of promises to keep....for 2 years.

well those are great. Unemployment going up and the economy tanking but we can smoke pot and join the military if gay. A+ job
