Most people are aware of the terrible twos. Most parents learn that the twos were quite doable compared to the threes. With twins like we had, it was exponentially harder. The saving grace is that they can also be adorable at that age. Think of it like a developmentally appropriate Borderline Personality Disorder.Terrible twos followed by traumatic threes!
Oh goodness. Reminds me of taking our twins Christmas shopping at the mall. Ill advised move. My wife had left them with me and I had wandered into lingerie looking for a gift. Most people are aware of the terrible twos. Just saw a little one, 12-14 mo’s, at a family Christmas party, do some basic sign language. Had no idea that was a thing! Amazing!!Teaching your little one very basic sign language [for all the key things in toddler life, and it doesn't hav to be actual AmSL since its main purpose is temporary] is certainly helpful at staying on their good side, for that period of time where the ability to make language sounds hasn't yet caught up with the innate capacity for language that all of us possess even at a young age. Some kids are able to sign from as early as 6 months, that's how hard-wired we ar for language.
Being able to communicate on the key things in life makes for a happy child.
My sister turned me onto Leann Morgan when I was in East Tennessee last summer. Absolutely a gem!So I don’t know if anyone on here follows a comedian named Leann Morgan (husband Chuck Morgan). She attended UT and is pretty much a lifelong East Tennessean and absolutely hysterical.
She has a set about when their oldest son and his wife got pregnant they talked about “our baby” and she and Chuck Morgan talked about “our baby” and Chuck Morgan immediately went out and bought a baby seat for his pick up truck. The parents to be then added a new word “boundaries” which Leann and Chuck Morgan giggled at.
Six weeks in they got the call from the new parents. Can you watch the baby while we go out to dinner? Leann and Chuck Morgan just laugh and say “our baby”!
I did not do this justice but I think everyone gets this! She has a special on Netflix that is really popular.
I love her! When Chuck Morgan threatens “to get a girlfriend” and she says “Great! Get a stout one and make sure she knows how to mow the lawn! I could use some help around here!” I laughed until I cried! I’m the age where a lot of my friends would sign off on that deal!My sister turned me onto Leann Morgan when I was in East Tennessee last summer. Absolutely a gem!
Many congratulations to the Caldwell's. We have had quite a few newborn babies and baptisms among our young households lately, many of them first babies. Such a blessing.
The primary focus for the fans should be for the Caldwells to take the necessary time to rest and recuperate and to adjust to their new adjustments and responsibilities. Her staff performed admirably during Kim's absence at Texas and nearly pulled off the upset. That speaks well to Kim's leadership and preparation for these circumstances and for the people she chose. And for "the system," which includes in-game, on-court responses to changing game situations.
Kim should return to full-time duties only when Kim is ready, and fans should support her taking care of her family first. She'll be back as soon as possible.
