Rushing will be returning to Eugene for an official visit on June 2. Oregon is one of four schools to lock in an official visit with Rushing, along with Notre Dame (June 9), Arizona (June 16) and Tennessee (June 23). Washington will host him in May, but he hasn’t set a specific date yet with the Huskies.
c.simmonsTennessee: “I had a great experience going out there and I know they’re a program on the come-up. I know they were really good, but they had some things that lacked going through that season. But, I got to see their performance and what they were talking about. That’s somewhere that I know I should take a second look at to see what’s going on down there. They had tremendous success early on, so I want to see what went into that.”
I was joking. I don’t see how having to beat out Oregon and ND for a kid is a “long shot”. Not like we’re fighting Ga and Bama here lol. I know USC was supposed to get a visit and I think he’s been there, but I’m not sure. Not worried about Miami either.I live in Arizona. That would be the equivalent of entering the witness protection program. It’s only on his list to throw a bone to his local school and head coach.
