  • Supervise production workforce (Operators, Brewers, Maintenance Technicians, or Quality Assurance Analysts).
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
  • Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment.
  • Develop and monitor production plans and schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedules.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed
  • Lead process improvement and initiate change.
  • Enforce and promote safe working practices.

Would be the greatest first career I could have imagined.

I manage the process of turning beer into urine pretty well. I would apply but lyls needs to get outta the house so his pops can have a naked room.
