I didn't watch the game, but the pregame shows basically said the titans do play dirty. Showed a lot of illegal blows to the face in multiple games that should have been called

Not surprising that McDaniels would whine about this. He's another in a long line of Belichick knockoffs that have failed miserably. Only one who has notably succeeded is Nick Saban.
