Headed for Atlanta at 6 am. Gonna get some lunch near ATL and then go to hotel and put stuff up. Get downtown early enough to get decent parking and then find some fellow Vols to enjoy pregame festivities with.

Class til 12, skip the last one, and pile 7 of my closest friends in one car and get ready to whoop some Wolfpack Tail in the Dome!!!

You guys should take & post tons of pics cuz it sounds like it's gonna be mad fun! My plan, my Bulldawgs play Thursday so I'll be already in that mindframe lol! But Friday, I'll prob. look at the clock @ work 5000 times b4 i leave at 5 (& not 0.01 seconds later). Str8 to WingStop (BBQ & Garlic Parm). Prob grab a bottle of Henn then head home to cheer our beloved #Vols on to a statement setting beatdown of the WolfPack! This thread gives me chills just thinkin about it! #8Days!!

I'll be headin' down to the dirty south at about 10am with my crew. Get some eats, watch our explosive offense show out. We will talk about how the game turned out the way we expected. Then, catch the braves vs Phillies--only to talk about the vols the entire time. And to laugh at how James Franklin's team fell apart the previous Thursday.

I work night shift 7p-7a. Unless it's super slow, (in which case I might get to slide out by midnight) I'll be watching the game the next day while I eat dinnerbreakfast.

:loco: :fireworks: I'll load my smoker(peach & maple wood) bout 6am with 8 slabs of baby back ribs & a 15lbish pork shoulder for at least 10 hours, take my little girl to school decked out in all orange for her and I, put corn and baked beans on bout 4pm after picking my daughter up from school, swim and wait for the ribs, pork and fixins to get done and watch the game with family and friends from home. :loco::td::fireworks::fireworks:

.nvm, you have your dates messed up. If you leave the 29th, you will be there the 30th.....if you leave Thursday, you will be there Friday.

I want to really bad, My birthday is Sept 10th so I will be up for the GA state and Florida Game. I wish I was going to be in ATL for sure though, I just never got tickets.

Work in Huntsville till around 11am. Go and check my 2 boys out of school. Grab some lunch with them. Put our UT magnets on the XC90. Drive to Atlanta listening to Tennessee Sports Radio all the way. Check into the Castleberry Inn. Party with the TSR group at the Pregame Pep Rally. Walk to the Dome to witness the butt whipping in person. How about that for a great day?:loco:

I have to work until at least 5. Unfortunately, it'll be a busy day because I deal directly with the public. And with the 3rd falling on a holiday, everybody that gets a check on the 1st and 3rd will be in. Not looking forward to that part of the day. Hopefully the game is streaming online because I dont' get ESPNU. If not, I'll probably go to a bar down the street.

Per my request i will not be working.... even if I am scheduled to. Forcing my newest girl to watch the game (carolina fan, I will be changing this) drinkin me some jack, after a full day of beers on the beach.

Have Thursday-Monday off work. Renting a house on Norris Lake with a bunch of friends. Golf Thursday. Golf Friday morning. Hopefully the hurricane doesn't bring in too much rain. Regardless we'll have 4 kegs of beer at the house and a couple of big screens. Hope no one gets arrested.
