Auburn's RB coach who was just in Green's living room this week left to take a job with the Cowboys. I don't know if this helps us at all just thought Ill say something if someone else hasn't already.

It can't hurt. Won't be long now and we will know. Hope Green is the first of many to come to the Hill!!

If only it was Michigan's RB coach that left, then I'd feel much better about our chances.

Only thing that concerns me with the announcement today is the rumors months ago that Green had been offered per the pervious staff to be the only RB taken in this class IF he would commit. I know we have been in talks/visits with him since the new staff took over, but we have also been pushing hard it seems for more than just 1 back in this class. The lack of UT ANYTHING on his twitter leads me to think either we were out of it shortly after CBJ took over, or it was all a smokescreen in preparation for the kid picking Tennessee today. He retweets nothing UT. No UT pics. "Shock the world".

Honestly I would not be surprised if we landed Derrick Green and he would be the only RB taken in this class.

Supposedly signed with Cowboys for double his AU salary of $500K. Though Bisaccia is an excellent coach, new RB coach Tim Horton has more than a decade of experience coaching college tailbacks. He spent the past six seasons at Arkansas working with Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Peyton Hillis, Knile Davis and Dennis Johnson.

He also makes a mean cup-o-joe
