Gerald Jones and Montario Hardesty need to get into the O-Line's faces and tell them to take over. Jones is obviously emerging as the playmaker/leader of this team and Hardesty will bust somebody up. G-Gun with those two in the backfield would be brilliant and unstoppable at this point. They are the two who have the will to win the most I think.
