I know that I am only supposed to post about UT Football right here but if you live in Knoxville I need your help. I lost my Bluetick Hound two nights ago and I am trying to get the word out to help my chances of getting him back. He is black and grey. Last seen on the cross streets of Middlebrook and Francis. He was wearing an orange UT collar with a black tag and a black shock collar. He answers to Boozer. He means the world to me and my family and any help will be appreciated. I have been putting flyers up all over knoxville.
Thanks,
Joshua
I dont know if I can put my phone number up so I guess just PM me.

Man that sucks! We've lost 3 dogs in our lifetime. No fun man. Hopefully someone will do the right thing and turn him in. Is your # and address on the collar? One of our dogs came strolling back to the house after 5 days. Good Luck!

coonhounds tend to run off as hunting is there nature... could be that another dog in your neighborhood is in heat

Hope someone finds him, and maybe they will take off the shock collar before they give him back.

I'm guessing that's a picture of him in your avatar? I will definitely keep a look out for him.

Have you already tried calling all the shelters, animal control, etc? If not, call and let them know you're looking. Losing a dog really sucks. Hope you find him soon.

If he has his Rabies tag on him, that can also be used to report him if he is found.

THANKS EVERYONE!!!! we just got him back 5 minutes ago. He was 7 miles from where we lost him. He somehow crossed I-40, Kingston Pike and passed west town mall. He was in a sub-division off westland. I am soooo happy! Thanks for all the support.

on a side note about losing things my car was broken into and they stole an ipod touch and 500gb external harddrive...neither were left in plane sight and the doors were locked

if anyone knows who did this let me know so I can go break someone's face

There have been a ton of break ins in Cookeville lately. One of my friend's places was broke into twice, and one guy I work with on campus. His car was broke into while working.

Glad you got a happy resolution to your lost dog! Not everyone is so lucky especially considering he crossed I-40 AND Kingston Pike..... I wonder if anyone seeing your pup thought the real Smokey had gotten loose!?!??
