this threads all about GOOD,no bashing here.
this team showed a lot of good attitude durning the game.played hard,with heart and never gave up.thats a big turn around fron past years.maybe we won't win the sec or a nc this year,but these men are gonna kick some butt and let the opposeing team know they have been in a dogwar. GO TEN.VOL'S your my team.:dance2::rock::good!:

I wonder how sore ole princy is after that relentless punishment our defense gave him. how many teeth did he get knocked out? I bet he looks like a bammer now.

I like the idea of this thread. Positive? Imagine that with our fickle fans. I bleed orange and will always remain positive about my beloved VOLS. Can't stand to hear fans booing our team during a game. What kind of message does that send recruits who are in town to see what it would be like playing in Knoxville? And how about our DEFENSE? Those guys played their butts off and gave us a very good chance to win the ballgame. Kept mistakes to a minimum. Out of 6--yes 6--fumbles, we only 1 didn't bounce right back into UCLA's hands. Had that not happened, stagnant offense or not, we would have won that ballgame by no less than 2 touchdowns. Our offense has nowhere to go but up.

I liked that we did not give up either it showed a lot of heart.

Now bring on Florida.
and bring the pain... a lot of pain.

Demps and Reiny haven't shown that they have the power to run through the tackles so why not try that and see what happens.. Any thoughts?

Their a team and they will bounce back...It might not be this game it might not be next but they will start to gel together its just going to take time....WE Def need better play as a whole on OFFENSE but as a team they will work with these coaches and get better.

I thought they played tough till the end and never quit. They made mistakes, but they were hustling mistakes. It's still early in the season. Go Vols!

I think M. Hardesty has to be one of the toughest runners I've seen in a while. I love his attitude and I wish he had more to work with. BB can learn a lot from him and I hope he does.

Still only a few penalties. And, what was the total time of possession in the 4th quarter?

Been thinking all night and today about how the gators are licking their chops just knowing how badly they're going to beat us. Then I started thinking about how embarrassed and disappointed our team feels about losing that game yesterday. I can only believe that this team will rally around JC and make sure this game stays close. I also believe that this staff will work their tails off to put our team in better situations. Do you think that during the off-season the entire staff was breaking down UF films looking to make this a statement game? I look forward to this game and say bring it on! GO VOLS!!!

now this is what i'm talking about when i say all good.
sure we have room for inprovement,but this is only the second game,we have 10 more.we will win!!!!! we as fans must keep uip the good attitude just like the players,staff.GO BIG ORANGE,KICK SOME GATOR BUTT.:)
