If I took it too seriously, I would have given him an infraction for telling me to go F myself. Or making fun of me for being a stay at home dad. All I did was push back at someone who was arguing like a hysterical high school girl.

I mean taking it too seriously by actually getting personally mad and butthurt. 80% of the VN is guilty.

Its a freaking message board where I guarantee 100% of posters here would never act the way they do here in some instances out in public.

We have a long enough history in this thread that it does not feel as anonymous and impersonal as, say, getting into it with BigVol78928181781 out in the football forum. Obviously that's irrational but there you have it.

I still don't know what I said that made him so butthurt that he's the one who stomped off. Everything he said to me was personal. I can only think of one thing I said to him that was.

Yeah he took it too far.. you got to understand Brown though. The Chris Paul comment was the equivalent of calling his mother something unholy and setting her house on fire. (LOL)

I would be way more inclined to give the Gruden-heavy guys a whole lot more slack if they would just have given us even a glossed-over postmortem version of what supposedly happened. About best version we got was from Larry, and he never thought Gruden was coming at all.

I'm not sure I believe it either. It just never made sense to me. But what I can tell you is that I had Springbok telling me, another Mod with a different source saying it and a former team captain with about as strong a family connection to the AD and BOT that you can have all saying the same thing. We either got megatrolled or something was happening.

That's true. None of them have ever really explained what happened. But they all have the same story.
