Everything I've seen is that these players are not allowed to come back to the Braves

Edit: you are correct. All of these players can rejoin the Braves after May 15th but cannot take any more money from the Braves. I highly doubt this would actually happen but would be AMAZING

Would take any of these! If its Frost make sure you get something in writing about the buy out in regards to the Nebraska job if it comes open.

Everyone is upset about the way Kiffen left for USC but everyone knew he would be the #1 candidate if and when it come open and would probably except.

I like Taggart. Currently has the #6 recruiting class in the country at Oregon according to 247. People don't like his overall record but that is mainly do to losing 10 game each in his first year at both WKU & USF got better every year.

Damn I hadn't even heard about the penalties coming down till I read this thread.

Hopefully Maitan and those other guys end up being busts! It'll at least give us Braves fans some solace.

Definitely not happy about the severity of the penalties, nor the money wasted, but I’m not going to lose sleep about the prospects lost. Get at me in 5-7 years when any of these guys has done anything at the MLB level and then we can b!tch about it. Lesson learned and now the organization needs to adjust their strategy going forward. Farm system is still stocked.

He’s a perfect floor hire. He will be good, may or may not be great, but he will have success. Hopefully we can do something flashier but if not, great.

However, I’m fully prepared for it to not be that easy because VOLS and barves
