I like the hire as well. He brings a lot to the two stud linebackers we have. The question is going to be if we are big enough at nose guard or tackles to be able to play the 3-4. I do like what Dooley mentioned about bringing pressure and being multiple. It seems on defense last year they played mainly a base defense. Smith, Hood, Johnson, Lathers, King, Meggitt, should benefit from the intensity of Sunseri.I hope they recognize that and give more chances to Eric Gordon. He can be a playmaker opposite Waggoner to give them a good set of corners. I can't wait until the fall. I am looking forward to signing day to see what happens. May be some surprises.

IMO it's a homerun. The ma. Is ready for his new role, and should do very well here. Can't wait to see his recruiting prowess start paying dividends. Oh, it already has.

I like the hire,hope CLT is ok with it as well. I really had concerns with CRS as he really wants to be a HC again.I could see issues with CDD & CRS we don't at this time. I also think he was trying to bend us over for his services.

IMO, a HOMERUN given the uncertainty of CDD. Not only a solid coach but consider his recruiting reach that UT hasn't shown recently.

Not a home run. I could certainly have seen Dooley doing worse so I am ok with the hire, but it is not a homerun.

I think this is a great hire and has the ability to bring it some highly recruited defensive prospects. He has at least 3 recruits on the ESPN 150 recruited for Bama. Maybe he can bring those with him. Eddie Goldman would be great. Mount McCullers should be an awesome addition to this D-Line.

I just don't think Sunseri will go after Goldman out of respect to Saban. I know he's his recruiter, but just don't know. Don't get me wrong, I hope he does, but don't see it.

I could see that if he was a committ, but seeing as he is uncommitted I don't see a problem with it. Still think he could go after all he wants and Goldman is not coming here. Hopefully for our sake though, us getting Sunseri pushes Goldman to FSU, and keeps him away from bama so that we do not have to see him every year.
