We only signed Joey to a one year deal. If Leavitt comes with us, Joey would want -need- to take other offers should he be granted an extra year.

Joey needs to hit the portal then. I don’t pretend to know what’s going on behind the scenes, but something tells me Heup is telling joeys camp to hold off a few more days to see what happens, if anything. I hope we don’t lose out on a quality qb in portal.
