That was done months ago while still at Arizona St (an Adidas school). It could help since he has a relationship with the brand already, but yes, he can definitely go to Orgeon and ink a new deal with Nike.

Yeah basically. I couldn’t find enough material assessing the severity, but the fact he has to get surgery lets us know it’s toward the most serious side of things. I can’t imagine us or LSU throwing a bunch of money at a broken QB or at a QB whose injury we know little about. It has happened before. Butch Jones did I believe. While I think he gets a bad rap sometimes, that was one of his worst moves. Can’t remember the QB’s name, but he was a previous 5 star before an injury in HS.
