He will be ready to play when the season starts. He’s not getting paid the bag he will get for the chance to see if he is back to full time speed and reps and practice.

And once again, he has multiple years left. The only guarantee there is is that he won’t be done playing college ball after the 2026 season.

If Leavitt's not a viable option here, then grab depth with the Missouri transfer guy and get G-Mac's arse some protein and accelerated weight training. I think the G-Mac has the tools to be a damn good QB here!

I don’t hold Heupel accountable for either of the two losers you mentioned. He didn’t back out of any promises or guarantees nor was he the one who caused them to walk.

Just maybe Lane under estimated Leavitt…From the time it happened I figured Lane planned the announcement while at the BB game with Leavitt.
