RAILBIRDS. There's nothing wrong with being a RAILBIRD so long as it does not hurt the team and offer a fix and take responsibility if things get's worse.

I dont see why Gruden would come here when he is a lock for any nfl coaching job that opens after this season.

If Stoops wouldnt leave for Florida, then there is no way he would leave for UT.

I say we hire Petrino. He's already lost the Falcons even though the season isnt halfway over. We know he wont stay in the nfl like almost all the other college coaches that come before him.

maybe he would want to make a change, altogether. it's obviously not likely, but he hasnt had a ton of success after his SB win. it would be easier leaving the NFL, having reached the pinnacle and college coaching jobs are really high profile these days. just a thought. i read somewhere either here or somewhere else about him going to Philly. i just cant see that happening.

Gruden's getting unpopular in Tampa after that 1 title with Dungy's players. He better start winning big soon, or they'll run him out of town. UT needs to make him a huge offer right now, like bama did with Saban. $4.5 million will do it.

The Patriots under Bill Bellacheat are having one of the greatest NFL seasons ever... and everyone knows how well it turned out to hire one of his asst's to a long-term contract (isn't that right Notre Dame?).
