I don't think this is a big loss because look at how weak our team was this year. We were out of shape badly.
Interesting how COVID impacted TN more than other teams regarding QB development, S&C, OL play, DL play, LB play, etc. They had no summer work outs because of covid.

No team had on-campus workouts, but we still got pushed around. S&C set remote protocols for the team and some teams figured out how to make it work. Others didn’t.
Yep, other than those areas, we had a pretty good program...Yeah, you downgrade in DL coach, you keep the same loser QB and OL coaches, you hire a guy with no P5 experience to coach LBs, you move a guy from TE to LB, and hire a guy with no D1 experience to coach TEs and you wonder why the DL, LB, TE, OL, and QB all regressed...
Dude you can do work out without having to go to the gym to maintain strength. This is something our guys seems to have not done. You build muscle in the offseason and maintain it during the season. The lack of this was evident in how weak we were at a lot of positions. They had no summer work outs because of covid.
i know brother i just don't see why TF that fat Fulmer doesn't go ahead n pull the trigger before it's really too ****ing late to hire Freeze or anyone else that might be better than Pruitt!!!!!I mean come on, it is so damn obvious we are firing Jeremy Pruitt with the mass exodus of coaches and players. Can we just do it already? I didn't think it would be possible for an administration to do much worse than the 2017 Coaching Search, but we're putting the new coach in a really, really tough position for next season each day we wait to pull the trigger.
