Assessment of team to this Point

I'm on my IPhone, so here is my quick assessment. Our offense is improving, mainly our running attack. Bray needs to be more patient late in games & take what the D gives him instead of forcing big plays. Our defense is totally lost & looks confused. We can't control the edge, LBers are lining up out of formation & our secondary is as slow as I have ever seen a UT secondary. Hope Sunseri simplifies the play book & starts some underclassmen with more speed. On special teams we have not been giving up big plays but can't kick a FG to save our lives. Hopefully we can win some shoot outs get Dooley to 8 wins & finish strong in recruiting

We are benefitting greatly from the faster paced offense. Our OL is blocking better and run game is much better if Chaney will stay with it. Still adjusting to the new Defensive scheme.

The most encouraging facet of our performance so far this season is our "never quit" attitude against Georgia.
