@JTrain - You should play the 2nd. They fixed the horrible way of getting missions. You now have Pigeon coupes all over the cities that you can get missions from. They also, thankfully, carried that over to the 3rd installment. I loved the 2nd and can't wait to pick up the 3rd one. I just think i'll wait since i'm getting Need for Speed and COD this month. I'm really curious about the new muliplayer feature and how wel the horse works in the city nwo that you can ride into a city. I also loved the fact that they kept the theme of city building from the 2nd one. Graphics look sick!

I'll probably check it out used, I liked the first one, but it turned into a SSDD game after a while, every mission was more or less identical in terms of what you had to do, in order.

Ya I played the first one for all of 30 mins before figuring out how boring it would be to beat. Now I have the 2 achievements locked on my 360.... I'm not a big live player since most of them are jerks or punk 10 yr olds. I may wait to see how the multiplayer pans out and see if they put out and DLC.

I preordered it the other day. I'm looking forward to getting it. I'm glad they added multiplayer to this one, I just hope by adding MP it won't ruin the amazing single player.

Already have it preordered. I love the first 2 console games. They are 2 of the few games I did everything you can do, all side missions, assassinations, dlc, etc. The first one got tedious but I still liked it. The second one was way better. Heck I even like the 3 handheld games (2 DS, 1 PSP)

I'm sorry, but this is one of the most boring games I've ever played. It's cool for about an hour, then you can do everything and it sucks

Never gotten into the series either...ill probably grab from the 7/11 and try though

i've always thought that the AC games were good, but pretty overrated. they're entertaining for the the time needed to beat them, but after i complete them i never play them again. they're pretty good rentals, but i would never buy one.

i'd agree with duckman. Once beaten it loses it's replay value. We'll see how well done the multiplayer is. that will be interesting.
