Gee, what’d you get?

I got an Arris because it was less than $100 and I could pick it up immediately at Office Depot. My old modem was a Netgear. My modem kept dropping the connection so I wanted to rule it out as an issue. It was more of an issue with my Comcast line outside that they fixed, but after I went through all the headache of setting up a new one I just kept it. I think my Netgear one was like 8 years old

I've never used an Arris before but so far it hasn't dropped a connection. I did have an issue getting my router to find it so I had to reset it to factory and set it back up.
