Sup Zoner friends,

A sticky wicket is when a situation is bad and hard to get out of, it's a cricket expression used to describe a batsman who can't be bowled out, because of a "sticky wicket" which is when the wicket doesn't shatter after being hit with the ball to get them out. It's basically a way of blaming a batsman's skill on a wicket. We use it do describe a dire situation generally though.

Run that last part by me again but slower
