Clean as you go is a biggie.
Along the same lines, what veggies are you okay with having prepped ahead of time. Think of a working mom who doesn't have a lot of time in the evenings after work. What can she get ready on Sunday to be able to throw in (celery, peppers, etc) that won't deteriorate in the fridge.
Do you ever prep lettuce (romaine or leaf lettuce) ahead of time?
What is chicken base? (I've seen it on restaurant shows. No intention of using it, I just don't know what it is.)
Tell her that Behr loves her and would love to meet her sometime.
He is so cool with kids, she would want to keep him.
