Try some Pancetta with the weenies and use the sauerkraut in the bag instead of a can.

Fried catfish or crappie with fresh turnip greens instead of lettuce? Raw onion, roasted red pepper, fried yellow corn........

I don't have a recipe for either, but you could have fun thinking "out of the box" to create something that would work for you.

Or, follow 3's advice.

I am addicted to pad thai at a local place. You ever cook any thai food? I need a recipe for stuff that is readily available at a local market.

I'm not that knowledgeable on actual Thai dishes but I do use some Thai ingredients and call it "Thai." Haha. Get some rice noodles, bean sprouts and Sriracha, then add whatever else you want.

Course 1 is a nice salad out of a bag that I bought at Kroger. With some vinaigrette dressing.

Course 2 is Velveeta's rip off of Hamburger Helper

Course 3 is a second course of Hamburger Helper

Never would man. It sounds good to me, spring mix or just garden mix are both good, I use them often. I would try the HH just to see what it was like if it didn't have f'ing macaroni in it.

I was gonna suggest a weenie, kraut and turnip green omelet to Bubba, but it really didn't sound that good. Haha.
